The 2nd Annual Arboreta Summer Block Party will be held on Saturday, June 12th at our community.

We will have a Taco Man cooking for the community!
There will be a bounce housce for the kids too!

Vintage is Almost Sold Out
It appears that the Arboreta Community is near completion and the last of the Vintage Units are being built. They are still selling for the last of those Condo phases. If you need any help with learning about our community or have any questions about us, please call 626-533-3123.

Arboreta Block Party
Well, our first Block Party was a huge success thanks to all of our residents. We had a terrific turnout and probably had about 110 people. At the end of the day there was enough food left to have another party if we wanted. Thank you to everyone, for making Arboreta a fantastic place to live and the start of some wonderful friendships-Zak
